Came here for my bachelorette party with my friends. I was blown away by the service, the staff allowed my friends to come into the room early to set up the decorations early before the reserved time slot. The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were really nice as you can control the lights. It was a really fun time for us. But not sure why one of the food we ordered took 1 hour to cook when it was just fried finger food but close one eye on the account of the good service. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Kitty, our friends, and I recently cycled down to ZPLUS KTV at Pacific Plaza for a night of singing and fun. It was an absolutely fantastic experience, especially for cyclists. Kitty mentioned its the BEST part BY FAR was that the room was spacious enough to store our bicycles. It was incredibly convenient, and we didn't have to worry about locking them up outside. Before actually choosing ZPLUS KTV, we searched the internet for KTV recommendations. Since we hadn't tried this one before, we contacted them to ask if they could accommodate our bicycles. They were so helpful. They confirmed that we could bring our trifold bikes inside and store them in our room. Based on the internet, we also heard that this KTV is modernized and has an excellent sound system. We opted for the Deluxe package at $529++, which included the room and a bunch of drinks and snacks. To add to that, we also ordered 2 jugs of 蜂蜜柚子茶 (honey pomelo tea), a plate of 辣鸡米花 (spicy chicken popcorn), and a plate of 麻辣鸡肉块 (mala chicken pieces). After service charge and GST, our total bill came to $694.22. It definitely wasn't a cheap night out, but the exceptional service, the convenience of the package, and the ability to bring our bikes inside made it worth every penny. Plus, it was a special occasion for our group. As for the KTV experience itself, The song selection was outstanding. They had a wide variety of English and Chinese songs, and also some Korean and Japanese ones. We were easily able to find something for everyone in our group. We had so many favorite songs of the night. One of our friends belted out some classic Mandopop tunes, while another had everyone singing along to some 90s English hits. The vibe in the room was energetic, fun, and unforgettable. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: SGD 40–50
