Sirin, thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. Since you have visited us several times, we especially appreciate you explaining what exactly you feel could be improved.Regarding children, we should clarify one important point. ZIMA is not a children’s entertainment facility, and we do not provide lifeguard or childcare services. Children are allowed only on our Family Days — Wednesdays and Sundays — and must remain under the supervision of their parents.A Russian banya naturally contains hot stoves, steam rooms, hot and cold baths, and other areas that require responsible behaviour and parental supervision. For additional safety, children’s life jackets and a lifebuoy are always available in a clearly visible and easily accessible place next to the swimming pool. Ultimately, we believe parents should decide whether this environment is appropriate for their child and supervise them accordingly.Your comment about our steam masters is particularly interesting to us. We intentionally have several masters with different styles — some work more deeply and quietly, while others use music, herbs, veniks, fans, sound rituals or more interaction with guests. This variety is part of our concept. At the same time, every steam master currently working at ZIMA has extensive banya experience and a high level of professionalism. We would genuinely be interested to know what exactly you found inconsistent or disappointing in their work. If you visit us again, we would be grateful if you shared specific feedback with our reception team — it will help us understand your experience rather than simply guess what went wrong. If your review refers to a visit today, this is particularly interesting to us, as our top masters were on duty. The owners of ZIMA regularly experience our group steam rituals themselves, both alone and together with friends and guests, and we have no doubts about the professionalism, responsibility and overall level of our current steam masters team. Different masters may create very different experiences, but the professional standard should remain consistently high.As for the relaxation area, you are correct that we do not have traditional sun loungers, and at the moment we do not plan to add them. The territory of the complex is limited, and there simply isn’t enough space to accommodate sun loungers without sacrificing other areas. Instead, we provide comfortable sofas and armchairs throughout the relaxation area. For many of our guests this format works perfectly, while others prefer to spend several hours lying on a sunbed. Unfortunately, this is something we cannot offer. If having a sunbed and spending a significant part of the day lying down is an essential part of your spa experience, another venue designed around that style of relaxation may simply suit you better. We do take feedback seriously, especially from guests who have visited us more than once. At the same time, ZIMA has its own format and will probably never be the ideal place for everyone. We continue improving the things that fit our vision while preserving the character of the banya we originally wanted to create.Thank you for coming back several times and for giving us such a detailed perspective!
