Zima is a hidden gem. Big thanks to Ilya, the parilshchik — the individual parenie was the highlight. Thanks to the administrator too, super welcoming. They also sell natural honey, which is a nice bonus. Will be back.

I had such a wonderful experience at Zima Spa. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the service was genuinely warm and attentive throughout my visit. A special highlight was my massage and scrub with YY, a wonderful Thai therapist from Isan. She is incredibly skilled and has such a lovely presence. I felt completely comfortable and very well taken care of in her hands. The treatment was definitely one of the highlights of my day. The food was fantastic as well, and I really enjoyed the whole combination of sauna, treatments, food and the beautiful atmosphere. It’s a place where you can easily spend several hours relaxing and taking care of yourself. The only small invitation for improvement would be the upper area around the staircase, which is quite visible when lying on the loungers. I completely understand that it is low season, but this area currently feels a little cluttered. Considering the price point and how beautifully designed the rest of the spa is, a little more visual care and tidiness here would make the overall experience feel even more refined. Overall, I had a beautiful day at Zima Spa and would absolutely recommend it — and especially a treatment with YY.

My first time experience Russian steam therapy personal session. It was amazing. Healing and felt like a newborn baby. Very professional, Roman was my therapist. Every hour sauna infusions, hot tub, cold bath, beautiful design. Everything is beyond expectations. I highly recommend Zima spa&wellness Club. I come back. Above was September. Went again in November and I just want to say again it was perfect and during therapy it was even better because I could relax better, surrender and letting go what’s not needed anymore energetically. Really felt good during this evening and the day after. Yes I come again.
