Followed by the delicate , where sweet cherry shrimp meet a silky, aromatic shrimp oil-infused egg custard that melts in the mouth. - The () is tender and succulent, bathed in a deeply savory, rich liver sauce that elevates the natural sweetness of the abalone. Then savor the Seasonal Sushi (4 pieces) featuring pristine with its clean, delicate sweetness; - offering a firm yet tender texture with subtle richness; prized for its fatty, melt-in-the-mouth quality; and sweet that brings a fresh oceanic pop. - Next comes the hearty - , with juicy, well-seasoned chicken meatballs crowned with a silky, runny yolk for the perfect savory finish. Followed by another round of Seasonal Sushi (3 pieces), featuring vibrant with its natural sweetness; tender - showcasing clean chew; and flavorful with its satisfying richness. - The highlight is the decadent , a beautifully marbled tuna topped with luxurious foie gras for an indulgent, melt-in-your-mouth contrast against the dark rice. Completed the meal with the creamy , comforting , and a refreshing . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
