Absolutely terrible service. Staff was unfriendly. No payment by card. It took 45 minutes to receive two sandwiches. In the end, we had to ask for the food to go. No one said sorry. No apologies whatsoever. Very bad experience throughout. Price per person: SGD 40–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Pros: the baked goods are unique & tasty like the sticky bun & orange brioche. Cons: customer service is poor. Conclusion: go in with an open mind & just focus on the final product. To the owners: even if your product is good, you need to pay attention to customer service too. They are the ones paying for your business at the end of the day.
