Our favorite cafe in Paengseong! The coffee is divine (in all forms) and the owner has almond and oat milk too. She also speaks perfect English and is super kind. Her cute puppy Louis also makes an appearance here often. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₩1–10,000
