insanely noisy for nearby residents - does not respect silent hours at all, with singing past midnight audible from several blocks away I've video evidence of the above on multiple occasions if you require any clarification. Price per person: SGD 100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dear TiA, Genie, and Kee Fo: During your visit, your group of two people began smoking on the premises, which is against both the law and our in-house rules. Upon noticing the infraction, we made a polite request to your group member to stop smoking, and no penalty was given at this point. We also stated clearly that a fine would be imposed if the smoking continued. However, despite this, your group lit a second cigarette after some time and littered the floor with ash and the cigarette butt. Your group also claims that we overcharged your party after you were drunk. This is untrue and inaccurate. The fine was added to the final bill for the infraction. At the time of bill payment, your group was clearly aware and did not contest the fine. It is regrettable that you feel compelled to make false insinuations when we were clear in our rules and treated your group respectfully throughout the incident. We have photo and video evidence of the above if you require any clarification on the actual events that occurred. Finally, there were two members of your group, so we are not sure why the reviews relating to this incident were left by three people.
