氷上にずらっと並んだ魚から“今日の気分”で一尾ピック。塩・レモン・オリーブオイルでド直球、嘘がない。地中海やね〜って感じのレストラン。グリルは素材が呼吸してる感じの透明感で、トマトやハーブが輪郭をシャキッと描く。大皿シェアがまた楽しくて、白ワインはもちろんウーゾみたいなアニス香のスピリッツもハマる。サラダは塩の当て方とオレガノで海風が吹くし、食後は不思議なくらい軽い。都会のリゾートにいながら身体が整う感じ、散策に出たくなる解放感。昼の光も夜景もよく似合う。サービスは朗らかで押し付けがなく、魚のサイズや焼き加減の相談もウェルカム。前菜の生野菜やチーズの塩梅が主役を立て、デザートは甘さ控えめでスッと締まる。価格の見通しも明快で、“もう一品いっとく？”が素直に言える。. Estiatorio Milos at Marina Bay Sands We visited for the weekday set lunch with our family of three, spending around SGD 300 total, which offers excellent value compared to the dinner a la carte menu. Every dish we ordered was fantastic. The charcoal-grilled Mediterranean octopus starter was perfectly tender and full of flavour. We also loved the fresh salmon tartare served with shoestring fries, plus the delicate ceviche and sashimi sampler, all featuring premium imported seafood. For mains, the USDA Black Angus Filet Mignon Brochette was juicy and tender, served on warm pita bread with a creamy side. The signature Astako-Makaronada lobster pasta was outstanding, topped with whole Boston lobsters and a rich, aromatic sauce. The restaurant has an elegant interior with stunning floor-to-ceiling window views overlooking the mall. Service was attentive and well-paced throughout our meal. The lunch set gives you great variety with appetizer, main course and dessert options. It is ideal for family gatherings or business lunches, and absolutely worth a visit when you’re in Singapore.
