氷上にずらっと並んだ魚から“今日の気分”で一尾ピック。塩・レモン・オリーブオイルでド直球、嘘がない。地中海やね〜って感じのレストラン。グリルは素材が呼吸してる感じの透明感で、トマトやハーブが輪郭をシャキッと描く。大皿シェアがまた楽しくて、白ワインはもちろんウーゾみたいなアニス香のスピリッツもハマる。サラダは塩の当て方とオレガノで海風が吹くし、食後は不思議なくらい軽い。都会のリゾートにいながら身体が整う感じ、散策に出たくなる解放感。昼の光も夜景もよく似合う。サービスは朗らかで押し付けがなく、魚のサイズや焼き加減の相談もウェルカム。前菜の生野菜やチーズの塩梅が主役を立て、デザートは甘さ控えめでスッと締まる。価格の見通しも明快で、“もう一品いっとく？”が素直に言える。. Had a wonderful lunch and birthday celebration at estiatorio Milos! The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive servers recommending great options. The lunch sets are extremely value for money, with great portions and options. As someone who has visited Milos repeatedly and tried almost all items on the menu, I highly recommend the following: For side dishes - the grilled octopus is a standout, fresh and meaty with a smokey char. The milos special is also a must-order with perfectly crisp zucchini and eggplant slices, paired with fried goat cheese and a light and creamy tzatziki. The tomato salad and crab cake are also really good. For main course - The grilled fish and salt baked fish are wonderful options, and they allow you to select which type of fish you would like from the fresh fish market. The Athenian style lobster pasta (0.5kg or 1kg) is also very unique with a tomato base, featuring plenty of meaty lobster cuts. The seafood is flown specially in from Greece and the Mediterranean Sea, making the dishes particularly fresh and tasty. The dessert options are also good, the yoghurt, yoghurt ice cream pairs well with the warm walnut cake. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
