I went here with my wife on a Sunday afternoon. This restaurant had barely had any customers so we’ve decided to go to avoid insane queue time from other restaurants. I should’ve thought deeper why there weren’t many customers to begin with but we were starving. I would say it was probably the worst Italian experience we’ve ever had. Server was on top of things and the service was great. Let’s talk about food we were greeted with 2 slices of bread, oil/balsamic vinegar. If you like your pasta drenched in water— you’ve hit the jack spot. My wife had ordered a pasta with scallops. I’ve never thought pastas can be served like soup noodle with shredded cabbage. It was quite upsetting. I’ve ordered the arugula pizza promotional menu. It came with cheddar watered down soup and sad portion of salad. There was too much arugula on the topping but the prosciutto (jamon) was decent. The crust came burnt so I had to carve some of the burnt crust out. At the end, we were given a bite sized cheesecake with a spoon full of vanilla ice cream. The cheesecake had burnt crust on the top and came with frozen hard raspberries. At this point, they didn’t even try. There are better options inside the mall. I would bite the bullet and wait for the queue at a different restaurant. The food pictures on the review can be very deceptive and it wasn’t worth the dining experience. Save your calories and go somewhere else. Good food , we tried pasta , pizza and risotto . 4 star is for the staff not changing plates ( how am i supposed to eat pizza after pasta on the same plate ?) When I asked for plates to be changed the staff didn’t understand me first ( I had to point on the plate literally). Please train your staff to know basic English words )) Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
