You don’t usually come to Seoul for pasta—but TED is worth going out of your way for. This small handmade pasta spot delivers flavors and presentation that feel like a true fine dining experience. Every dish is beautifully balanced and deeply flavorful, from rich truffle pastas to perfectly cooked seafood and elegant desserts. The handmade pasta texture alone shows the level of care behind each plate. What makes the experience special is the chef, who cooks, serves, and personally explains every dish when he brings it to your table. You can taste the passion and pride in every bite.
