I’d have to agree w the recent review. I’ll give a 3 as well with service at 2. Coffee’s quality is way better than the interaction. Attitude is a choice. Smiling is free. Lady boss could use some of the “free” spirit (puns intended :p Latte. One size. $38. Enjoy! Service: 2

This is one of two coffee shops at the Gold Coast Plaza shopping complex off Castle Peak Road near Tuen Mun. They have outdoor seating just outside and offer a traditional range of coffees, non-coffees and a handful of mostly breakfast style food orders they can prepare if you fancy a bite to eat. Had a decent macchiato here recently. Given your only choices here at Heato or the considerably more generic Pacific Coffee, this seems like the much better option if seeking stronger and better coffee at the Gold Coast Plaza.
