Conveniently located on the left of the entrance to PLQ 1 . Super easy to use their app to place order and they always have many great discount vouchers in the app. I had ordered a Zesty Pomelo at 55% off using their discount voucher. Drink was ready for pick up just a few minutes later. Have plenty of seats inside the outlet. Comfortable environment to sit and relax to enjoy your drink . Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

When I collected my drink, I noticed it was almost all-white despite being matcha. I asked the barista if my drink was made correctly and he just took it away from me without saying anything. His female colleague starting making a new drink for me and I noticed that they just eyeball all the portions instead of measuring, which probably explains the lack of matcha in my matcha latte. The whole time they were whispering to each other without responding to me in any form. The 2nd drink came out with a little bit more matcha but still a far cry from luckin’s usual standards. Not sure what’s going on here because it wasn’t even busy but I know I’m not coming back to this outlet. This happened on 19 March evening, around 9pm. Food: 1 Service: 1
