Staff are friendly even I am foreigner, sandwiches combination are unique and tasty! Definitely will comeback again for other menus. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000

There was a misunderstanding about the order and the staff did not offer us any solution so we wasted our money. We ordered the pasta which has basil cream in it, but the staff misheard and thought we wanted the basil cream panini. After we brought it to their attention, the staff member asked the manager and the manager refused to change it. It was already an inconvenience that our order was written down wrong, but the refusal to right the misunderstanding or offer any other solution left a bad taste in my mouth. We did not consume even a single bite of the wrong order either, so I just don’t understand why it couldn’t be changed or comped. I would not recommend this place due to the service we were provided. 13,000 korean won was wasted. I hope your staff could eat what we didn’t. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000

The male waiter was extremely impolite. When I came in, he ignored me and didn't offer me the menu. Only when someone else came in after me and cut in line to order did he gesture for me to place my order. Moreover, he served the dishes to the two tables that came in later before me. I don't know if it was intentional, discrimination, or just because he was too busy, but the experience was really bad! By the way, I went to the Cheongdam-dong store. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
