My experience at MIL Social Club was extremely disappointing. The entry process is unnecessarily complicated. If you’re joining friends who are already inside, they have to leave the venue, bring their wristband outside to you, and then go through the entire security screening again. There isn’t a proper check-in or handover point, so the inconvenience is pushed onto paying customers instead of being handled by the venue. The security staff were also unprofessional. Their attitude felt unfriendly and unwelcoming, with visible expressions that made guests feel looked down upon rather than respected. The biggest issue was the payment process. The staff insisted that we order more drinks just to meet the minimum amount required for credit card payment. We politely suggested waiting and combining the bill later, but that option was rejected. At that point, our table was already full, and no reasonable alternative or customer-friendly solution was offered. The overall service lacked flexibility, problem-solving, and genuine hospitality. It honestly felt like we were asking for a free favor rather than paying for a premium experience. The only positives were that the DJ played great music, the restrooms were very clean, and the air conditioning was excellent. Unfortunately, those positives couldn’t make up for the poor service experience. ⸻ 这次在 MIL Social Club 的体验非常糟糕。 首先，入场流程非常复杂。如果朋友已经在里面，他们必须先走出来，把手环拿给你，再重新接受一次安检才能回到场内。现场没有合理的交接区域，整个流程把麻烦都转嫁给了付费顾客，而不是由场地方解决。 其次，安保人员态度很差，不够礼貌，表情和态度都让人感觉不受尊重，完全没有应有的服务意识。 最不能接受的是结账方式。工作人员坚持要求我们继续点单，只为了达到信用卡最低刷卡金额。我们提出稍后与后续消费合并结账，却被直接拒绝。当时桌面已经放满东西，工作人员也没有提供任何更合理的解决方案，缺乏灵活处理问题的能力和服务精神，让人感觉不像是来消费，而像是在求他们提供服务。 唯一值得称赞的是 DJ 音乐很好听、洗手间非常干净、空调也很凉爽。但整体服务体验实在令人失望。 ⸻ MIL Social Club での体験は非常に残念なものでした。 まず、入場システムがとても複雑です。すでに中にいる友人と合流する場合、友人が一度外に出てリストバンドを持ってきてくれた後、再びセキュリティチェックを受けて入場し直さなければなりません。受け渡し専用の場所もなく、その手間をすべて利用客に負担させているように感じました。 また、警備スタッフの対応も良くありませんでした。表情や態度が冷たく、不親切で、歓迎されているとは到底感じられませんでした。 さらに驚いたのは会計時の対応です。クレジットカードの最低利用金額を満たすためだけに追加注文を強く勧められました。後で注文をまとめて会計したいと提案しましたが断られ、その時点ではテーブルもすでにいっぱいでした。それにもかかわらず、代替案や柔軟な対応は一切なく、サービス精神や問題解決能力の欠如を強く感じました。お金を払って利用しているにもかかわらず、まるで無料でサービスをお願いしているような気分になりました。 唯一良かった点は、DJの選曲が素晴らしかったこと、トイレがとても清潔だったこと、そして店内の空調が快適だったことです。しかし、それだけでは全体の悪いサービス体験を補うことはできませんでした。.
