I finally visited this bookmarked restaurant, and it is incredible nice. We arrived at noon and were seated immediately. Every dish was outstanding: 1. Pan-fried scallop orecchiette with pesto sauce: The scallops were seared to perfection, tender inside, and paired beautifully with rich pesto and perfectly cooked pasta. 2. Spicy crayfish tacos with avocado cream: A delicious mix of flavors. The sweet, spicy crayfish went incredibly well with the avocado cream. 3. Black sesame praline with buckwheat tea ice cream: A unique and beautiful dessert. The rich, nutty sesame balanced the earthy tea flavor wonderfully. This meal went far beyond my expectations. Exceptional quality from start to finish—a must-try for any food lover!

Found this lovely cafe named Minimal in Sham Shui Po. The food quality is impressive, likely because their pastry chef is formerly from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. We ordered the Seared Engawa and Salmon Roe Risotto, and it was delicious. The rich oil from the fish completely coated the rice beautifully. The French Toast with Calamansi Sorbet was another highlight, offering a perfect balance of warm, sweet, and tangy flavors. The handmade desserts here are made-to-order, which guarantees their freshness. Service was friendly and efficient. A huge plus is that they do not charge a 10% service tax. Highly recommended for a casual meal.
