Found this lovely cafe named Minimal in Sham Shui Po. The food quality is impressive, likely because their pastry chef is formerly from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. We ordered the Seared Engawa and Salmon Roe Risotto, and it was delicious. The rich oil from the fish completely coated the rice beautifully. The French Toast with Calamansi Sorbet was another highlight, offering a perfect balance of warm, sweet, and tangy flavors. The handmade desserts here are made-to-order, which guarantees their freshness. Service was friendly and efficient. A huge plus is that they do not charge a 10% service tax. Highly recommended for a casual meal. Service: 5
