I have been to Nodi Coffee in City Plaza twice. The fist time I went there the staff were proactive in introducing their membership program, which was good. They knew our orders (Iced Latte and Iced Matcha Latte) and made it while we both created the membership. Once our membership was created we promptly paid and picked up our drinks. The second time we went there the staff got one of the orders wrong. We ordered Iced Latte but were given Iced Americano. But they remade the Iced Latte for us without asking to pay the difference and took back the Iced Americano. Which was good service. However, the volume of drink given is that that big. The prices are higher than Starbucks compared to size of drink. Also, whether its Iced Latte or Iced Matcha Latte it basically tasted the same as the identical drinks at other places (Starbucks, Mc Café, etc.). Thus, not much value. Therefore, the line was not that long. Overall, when weighing the pros and cons I give it a 3 rating. Price per person: HK$1–50 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
