Really enjoyed the Beef Ugeoji Tang and Kimchi Jeon. The soup was rich, comforting, and slightly spicy, with tender beef. The Kimchi Jeon was crispy, flavourful, and a bit on the thicker side. Great food, and a pleasant atmosphere. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

Soups were hearty and comforting. The So Gomtang ($21.90) arrived bubbling hot with a beefy aroma, its collagen‑rich broth milky though slightly light in thickness. Shiitake, red dates, wolfberries, and leek added fragrance and sweetness, while tender beef chunks gave chewy bites. Rice turned it into porridge‑style comfort, and noodles added smooth slurps. Condiments and kimchi radish lifted the flavours, making it warming overall. The Dweji Gomtang ($17.90) leaned richer, with a savoury pork broth carrying lingering sweetness from dates and wolfberries. Generous slices of pork belly and collar meat were juicy and plentiful, pairing beautifully with rice for a hearty finish.
