Passed by and got a recommendation from the barista on "Daryl's not black", got a brief education on an Aerocano, and good advice to "chug it" while I had it to go on a rush. The crema and texture of the coffee was incredible, bold, yet smooth, a totally new experience for me. It was black, but yet didn't feel like it (epiphany came much later). Followed the advice, and chugged it along the way (don't let this rest too long). One of the best coffee experiences so far, even though it was in a takeaway cup. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great specialty cafe that exceeded my expectations. I went to have their special flat white, which used Earl Grey Infusion Milk. The coffee texture is smooth & creamy, and the aroma is really good. On the first sip, the espresso has fruity and caramel notes, then comes the milk, it has a subtle Earl Grey fragrance, it’s lovely. Then, I have a lovely interaction with the boss on filtered coffee. I have chosen Father Coffee (Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, Washed). Along the brewing session, he also teaches me step by step on how to brew a good cup of filtered coffee at home. The filtered coffee is bright and clean, well rounded sweetness, with apricot, jasmine, floral aroma. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
