行列ができているガオラオの人気店。先にオーダーで席で待ちます。塩気がありとても良いですが旨味はそこまでありません。コスパはとても良いです。

Wow, what an incredible meal! I'm giving Kway Chap Saphan 5 a solid 5-star review, and it's well-deserved. The portions were absolutely huge, which is fantastic value for money. The star of the show for me was the freshness of the ingredients. The pork blood was perfectly prepared, and the lean pork was tender and delicious. For all you pork kidney lovers out there, this is a must-try. They slice it so thinly that any "weird" taste is completely gone, leaving you with a delicate and flavorful bite. And don't even get me started on the roasted pork – it's a crispy, savory masterpiece that you simply can't miss. A quick tip for the soup: it can be a little on the salty side, but that's easily fixed. I highly recommend neutralizing the flavor with a dash of pepper, a splash of vinegar, and some chili flakes.
