We are not okay with the service at this restaurant. It is unprofessional and lacks responsibility.We made a reservation in advance by phone and Line but when we arrived, the restaurant said there was no booking. We showed proof of our reservation and the menu we had selected, and only then were we allowed to sit.After a while, the staff informed us that 2 out of the 4 dishes we had chosen were sold out. They said the food needed to be reserved for a group of 20 people coming in the afternoon, so there was not enough. We were not allowed to order anything else and could only eat the remaining 2 dishes.We traveled all the way from Bangkok specifically for this restaurant. We had a reservation, proof, and even called to confirm directly with the owner. We feel that the restaurant does not care about customers like us who come as a pair, but prioritizes larger groups instead. In the end, we decided to leave. We felt that the restaurant did not care about us at all. We arrived first, we had a reservation, and the mistake was on the restaurant’s side, yet they still chose to prioritize a bigger group. We are not being difficult, but there was simply nothing available to order. Even fried rice with crab was not available.Another family of four who came after us experienced the same issue .they had a reservation but were told there was no booking. We also heard the male owner say, “There are so many reservations, how could I remember all of them?” This clearly shows that the restaurant treats customers unfairly .
