My disappointment is not about the problem itself, but about how it was handled. Shortly after I sat down and received my food, I noticed an ant on the table. I started inspecting the area and moved the garlic container. Underneath it, I found around twenty ants crawling around the table and even climbing onto the dishes. I informed the staff. They came to look but took no real action and seemed to ignore the situation. A few minutes later, since nothing had been done, l mentioned it again. Someone came and cleaned a small corner of the table, but most of the ants were still there. By that point, my appetite was completely gone. I was very disappointed with how the staff attempted to handle the issue. For the third time, I told them there were still ants on the table and that I was not comfortable with that. They moved us to another table, but ants had already crawled onto our plates and followed us, so the problem continued at the new table. I explained to the staff that I had not eaten anything - which was obvious from my untouched plates and clean bowl. They initially tried to charge me anyway. Fortunately, after discussing it, they agreed not to make me pay. Overall, I am very disappointed with how this situation was managed. I’m use to go at the place 1/2 times a week, but now it’s blacklisted Service: 1

Suki Teenoi Ratchada 18 is very popular with the locals, which means a long wait. The soup and food was pretty good and definitely good value for the price. It's buffet style, and the fun part is that the service is mainly done by a robot that brings the plates to your table ! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–300 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
