This Michelin-recognized restaurant is famous for its tender braised goose, simmered in a rich herbal broth that infuses deep flavor into the meat. I ordered the braised goose for 250 THB, and it was incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful, pairing perfectly with rice and their savory sauce. The atmosphere can get quite crowded, which honestly makes the dining experience feel even more authentic.
