Short version: the food is pretty good. It's nice place and the service was okay. If you want to eat, shabu, shabu, but you don't want to stuff yourself with hot pot type buffet, this might be a good choice. More details: When we first arrived, there was no one at the station to greet us. We did see a staff member in the back and it was strange because she looked at us but it took her a moment to register that we were there. Okay, so we were seated and we ordered our food. We used the QR code and the food came fast. We got the lower priced set and the food was quite okay. It wasn't bad at all. It was just slightly above average, so I can't complain. During the meal the service was fine. The waitress brought us extra soup when we needed it and besides that it was everything was fine. In terms of atmosphere, it was really noisy. We came in when it was half full and so it was fine. But as the time passed, a lot of mainland visitors came and it became super noisy. In this shopping mall and for the quality of food I would say it's okay value for money. If you want to eat this kind of food and you're nearby it's a little bit on the cheaper side and the service is pretty fast. As you can see from the pictures, we finished all our food. The green tea ice cream was pretty good, but I'm very picky about it and it wasn't as creamy as I would have liked, but I don't think that's their problem. One really nice little touch is that we bought the $5 garlic extra, which I thought was kind of a lot of money because garlic is cheap. But actually, they brought us a huge clump of chopped garlic, which is a nice touch. It's just a little bit better than you would expect, so that's nice. There did seem to be confusion at the entrance as to who was checking people in and paying but not sure what was going on. We didn't have any problems really.
