I visit this place almost weekly, but today's boat noodle with beef topping was disappointing. Instead of tender meat, it was mostly thick, hairy skin and connective tissue. The floor staff are generally nice, so I informed one of the servers after the meal. Serving scrappy bits like this from the kitchen just isn't acceptable. It's about the principle.
