I absolutely love Jayson’s face-changing performance! You can tell he truly loves this traditional skill. He keeps rolling out brand-new masks every now and then. If you dine at Haidilao Hot Pot in Plaza Singapura for dinner, don’t miss Jayson’s face-changing show! The previous performer wasn’t great. He would rush through the routine without interacting with diners, and his technique lacked polish. I’m so glad Jayson is back. His performance is fantastic! I always come to Haidilao at Plaza Singapura for supper, and I have to compliment one of the staff members (Le Xin) for her outstanding service. She is always cheerful, friendly, and greets us with a smile no matter how busy the restaurant is. Every visit, she makes sure we have everything we need, checks in on us regularly, and even asks if we'd like to order anything else. Her attentiveness makes every dining experience so enjoyable. Despite being constantly on the move and looking after so many tables, she never seems to lose her positive attitude or let herself rest until everyone is well taken care of. Her dedication, kindness, and genuine passion for customer service deserve to be recognised. Thank you for always making our supper visits so welcoming and memorable. I previously had a disappointing experience at this Haidilao outlet due to misinformation regarding a crayfish promotion. At that time, different staff members provided conflicting information, which led to a frustrating dining experience. However, I would like to commend the outlet management for the way they handled the situation. The outlet manager personally reached out to apologise, listened to my feedback, and invited me back for another visit. When I returned, the service recovery was excellent. The host promptly arranged a seat for us upon arrival and immediately served the promised portion of crayfish at our table. It was clear that the team had taken the feedback seriously and made an effort to make things right. A special shoutout to Mr林勇宏, who attended to our table that day. He was attentive, proactive, and prompt throughout the meal. His service was warm and professional, and he made sure that our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. While my initial visit was disappointing, I am genuinely impressed by how seriously the team took the feedback and the effort they put into making things right. This was a great example of service recovery done well, and it reminded me why I used to enjoy dining at Haidilao so much. Thank you to the outlet manager and 勇宏 for restoring my confidence in the brand. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60
