Mugen Ramen｜Rich, Hearty Broth with Satisfying Chashu. Tried Mugen Ramen and the broth was seriously rich and flavourful—thick, fragrant, and full-bodied without being just salty. The ramen came with chashu, spring onions and bean sprouts, making it look as good as it tasted. The chashu was nicely fatty and tender, with plenty of savoury pork flavour that went really well with the rich soup. The set also came with a bowl of fried rice, and the portion was very generous. The fried rice was tasty, though the sauce and fatty chashu together made it a little rich by the end. Overall, it was a very satisfying meal. The broth and chashu were the highlights, and it is a great choice for anyone who enjoys rich tonkotsu-style ramen and fatty pork slices.
