As a foreigner living in Taiwan, I highly recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere is magnificent, the view is breathtaking, and the food is five-star. The staff are super friendly, and last but not least, you can easily bring your dog. The price is high, but it is absolutely worth it. We had a great time there.
