Vegetarian New Generation is a humble joint that truly lives up to its name. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. It was heartening to see so many kind patrons enjoying their meals. The tiny shop does get busy. The atmosphere adds to its charm. I ordered the boat congee. It was comforting and hearty with plenty of lettuce for added freshness. My brother opted for a lunch combo with 5 dishes. It was not only reasonable in price but also very filling. Overall it was fantastic value for the quality of food. The location is convenient. Vegetarian New Generation was close to the MTR station. It is an easy stop for a satisfying meal. I will definitely be returning to Vegetarian New Generation for a quick meal. Lett-uce feast!
