Food is decent if you selected the right stuff. We liked the 熏鱼，小黄鱼，腌笃鲜 which are all Shanghainese dishes. The food also came fast, hot from the kitchen, and with very affordable prices. What the place lacks is proper decoration to fit the aesthetic level of the 繁花 which it's named after. The KTV thing was a funny addition that was fun but also weird to have for a restaurant Price per person: SGD 30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
