2.30pm. Restaurant not busy. No queue. But the Tamil waitress (Salla) was not efficient & not coordinated. Drinks & food were ready on the pass, yet she ignores our prompts and decides to lay tables. We had to grab our food, only then does she ‘react’. BTW; There were 2 other staff working the floor. The elderly Chinese server was efficient. We dine at Tsui Wah mainly in Hong Kong. This Tsui Wah does not do justice to the brand. Please hire staff with good attitude. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The egg tart is delicious. Took the Tea Time Super Saver set of one egg tart plus a cup of Hong Kong style milk tea costing SGD 4.80. The milk tea is rich and creamy. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Food was very delicious and the portions were filling. The staff were mostly friendly and attentive albeit slightly on the leisurely side and appeared disinterested, the exception was the cashier who was bubbly, talkative and very friendly. She deserved 5+ stars for helping to end the visit to Tsui Wah on a wonderful smiley and full end. Overall, good food, flavours, clean and inviting interiors and mostly good staff.
