經過文到陣好香既煎牛味，就入左去食啦！:P:P原來呢度主要係賣騸牯牛！餐牌介紹話香港一日只係劏十幾只，甘應該係幾珍貴既牛品種:P 既然甘珍貴點可以唔叫佢？ 牛柳牛丸刀削麵 湯底係濃濃既牛肉味！牛柳粒煎到好香，係座位都文到！外面焦焦地，內裡肉粉紅色，好嫩，有牛味，但又唔會羶，幾好味喎！ 刀削麵夠爽口，吸埋啲牛肉湯底食一流！ 牛冧肉牛丸新竹米粉 呢個白湯係牛骨湯，相對清啲，但都有陣陣牛味。 牛冧肉夠稔，一啲都唔韌，焦香味十足！:D 米粉好爽口，軟硬適中。 牛丸勁彈牙！好好食！ 有啲太睇得起自己，兩個人竟然叫左兩個甜品 巨無霸芋圓，黑糖刨冰湯底 勁多料！芋頭好好粉，珍珠同芋圓好彈牙，唔會好甜，好香黑糖味，正！ 另一個係奶茶湯底 夠茶味，好似飲緊手搖甘 整體上唔錯，價錢合理:D

The soup noodles with fresh fat beef balls in the hot pot are undoubtedly a delicious and surprising choice. The waiter injected the beef broth on the spot. The soup base is refreshing and delicious, with a light beef aroma, rich but not greasy, and very suitable for noodles. Two drinks are only half price, large cups are cost-effective, and the waiter actively recommends half sugar and less ice, which is great! I ordered two desserts. The giant taro balls are so big that they are exaggerated, but still Q elastic, with soft fillings, and the rich brown sugar flavor and the milky aroma of fresh milk are intertwined, sweet but not greasy. Brown sugar shaved ice Q grass jelly is a refreshing dessert, especially suitable for hot summer. The ice particles are fine and melt in the mouth, bringing a refreshing feeling and perfectly quenching thirst. The grass jelly has a smooth texture and a slightly herbal aroma.
