We booked 1:30 and staff message at 12 telling us we can come up now. When we got there at our appointed time, all staff was rushing everything. Served dishes before we could finish the previous dish (see picture with soup, steamed egg, sashimi and salad and the picture with 2 pieces of sushi ). When we were still working on a sushi, chef just shoved the uni wrapped in seaweed in our hands(which needed to be eaten immediately) When we were working on the dessert, staff came and told us we need to hurry because it’s time for their break. Also saw two bugs crawling on the counter. Overall awful service and ok food. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $500+ Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Plating is stunning, perfect for photos, while the hidden high-floor location offers a peaceful elegant vibes. The interactive chefs, generous portions, and thoughtful progression from light sashimi to rich nigiri make it feel like a full luxury experience. Standouts include the creamy-crunchy salmon roe uni cup (MVP), melt-in-mouth otoro, and overflowing Hokkaido uni nigiri. Ends with refreshing pistachio ice cream.
