Evening Set Menu $288 (before service charge and tea charge) Overall vibe: The evening price is quite affordable, with generous portions, stable dishes that come with pleasant surprises, and a strong sense of generosity—perfect for a 3–4 person casual dinner --- Seafood Oyster Pancake Rating: (3/5) • The oyster portions are decent; you can taste oysters in every bite, with shrimp pan‑fried together to add extra seafood flavour and texture. • The pancake isn’t too thick, with a slightly crisp outside and a soft, slightly moist inside rather than powdery. At dinner time, it works well as an appetizer or a light “drinking snack.” --- Soy‑Glazed Free‑Range Chicken Rating: (5/5) • This is my favourite dish in the set menu!
