I was truly disappointed by this experience - especially after seeing all the great reviews on Google & ig. We were put in the corner of the restaurant which I wouldn’t have minded if we weren’t being ignored multiple times throughout the meal literally had to go up to the staff multiple times to get their attention, on occasions they even heard us call for them but one of the staff just looked at us then ignored us? The staff also have 0 knowledge of their own menu, was asking about certain dishes & they had no idea & was clueless. Their ordering app also doesn’t work properly tried finding the dishes & they weren’t coming up. Again I had to go upto the staff to seek help. Customer service was honestly appalling, no refill of waters until we had to ask them (which fyi was very difficult as we were already being ignored). Food wasn’t great either. The infamous lobster rice bowl wasn’t even hot. Lobster didn’t taste fresh. The grilled leaf sets were small & the side dishes & snacks that came with them weren’t great. Also felt deceived by the “birthday” set - it was advertised that you a free meat platter but now they don’t have that anymore but it was not clarified in new advertising. Very frustrating as this was a big birthday & this meal really killed all the vibes. The only positive is that you get a Polaroid for your birthday & a free plate art - note the cake is not included in the “birthday” set - I almost had to pay for this! Also the tallish lady with a pony tail (I think) was the only attentive staff Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $250–300 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
