This is a hidden gem that absolutely delivers on its promises. The absolute highlight of the meal was the beef tongue. The texture was incredibly crispy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy on the inside. Every bite burst with a rich, savory flavor that balanced perfectly with the black pepper drizzle on top. I also tried the tuna roll with salmon roe and sea urchin, which offered a delightfully fresh contrast.The service matched the energy of the room—attentive without being overbearing. Considering the generous portions, the prices are exceptionally reasonable. This spot is easily a new favorite for casual weekend dinners. Visited 野豬 (Inoshishi) in causeway bay and it absolutely lived up to the hypeThe absolute MVP of the night was the Signature Ox Tongue Steak and it is incredibly thick-cut, beautifully charred on the outside and incredibly tender and juicy on the inside with just the right amount of bounce. the Mentaiko Tamagoyaki which was super flavorful. The atmosphere is bustling and cozy and just like a true Japanese izakaya. Pro tip: Definitely book in advance as it fills up fast! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
