Visited this Chinese noodle resto in Wan Chai with my ah jeh for lunch. . I ordered the Pickled Mustard Greens & Fish Fillet with Rice Noodles (HKD59). Served piping hot in a pot, the dish featured a broth with appetizing sourness from the pickled mustard greens. The fish fillets were smooth, and the noodles were topped with cilantro, green onions and bean sprouts. My ah jeh ordered the Signature Fish Maw & Shredded Chicken Rice Noodles (HKD63). The chicken broth was nourishing. The fish maw was gelatinous, while the shredded chicken remained tender. It was topped with cilantro, green onions and bean sprouts too. .
