The restaurant underwent a recent renovation, and they have introduced a new head chef, offering a fresh and exciting experience of Chinese cuisine. The restaurant boasts a selection of six signature dishes: First the appetizer, Chilled threadfin fish with caviar, Chiuchow bean sauce and soy sauce, delights the palate with its refreshing flavor. Second the soup, Double-boiled chicken soup with fish maw, dried conch head, and honeydew melon, captivates with its extraordinary flavor, particularly the delightful essence of the melon. Third, the seafood dish, Steamed egg white with His Diao, crab meat, and crab roe, showcases the mastery of the art of steamed egg, highlighting the chef's impressive culinary technique. Fourth, Pan-fried pork patties trio with cuttlefish, pumpkin, and coriander, presents a creative and innovative twist on the traditional local pork patties, demonstrating a high level of culinary skill and artistry. Fifth, another pork dish is the Deep-fried pork ribs with fritillary bulb and tangerine peel, featuring a delightful combination of crispy skin and tender meat. The sixth signature dish, the Crispy salt-baked chicken with sesame, offers tender and succulent meat, complemented by a visually appealing presentation and an enticing aroma. These dishes showcase the culinary expertise and creativity of the restaurant's chef.
