在日本也能感受到的靜謐氛圍中品嚐鰻魚。店內整潔舒適，服務親切周到。鰻魚烤得蓬鬆軟嫩，美味十足。作為甜點的葛餅，健康又可口。 日本にいるような落ち着いた雰囲気で食べれる鰻屋さん。店内も綺麗で、接客もよい。鰻は、ふっくら焼けていて美味しかった。デザートに食べた葛餅も、ヘルシーで、美味しい。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $600–800

林森では珍しく？店内がとても綺麗で清潔ですごくよかった！あとは店員のサービスもちゃんとしていて気持ちよく食事ができた。 他にも日本と提携していたり、日本から来たと言っている鰻屋があるが、正直言って全く美味しくない。しかしこのお店の鰻はタレも日本から空輸しているらしく、日本と同じ鰻が食べられて美味しくて良かった！

I recently dined at 魚庒, a renowned unagi restaurant in Taipei, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This Michelin Guide Knife and Fork-rated spot truly lives up to its reputation, offering exquisite food, impeccable service, and an exclusive ambiance that made the meal feel special. We ordered the unagi rice, tendon, and a 5-variety sashimi platter, and every dish was a delight. The unagi was perfectly cooked—tender, succulent, and bursting with rich, savory flavor. The tendon was equally impressive, with a perfectly crispy exterior that gave way to flavorful, juicy shrimp inside. The sashimi platter was a highlight, showcasing incredibly fresh fish and shrimp that melted in the mouth. Each bite was a testament to the quality and care put into the ingredients. Arriving right at opening (11:30 AM) was a smart move, as we didn’t have to wait for a table. This place feels like a hidden gem, tucked away yet offering a dining experience that rivals Taipei’s best. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel truly welcomed. Dining at 魚庒 was not just a meal but a memorable experience that I’ll cherish.
