If you are looking for the best omakase experience in Hong Kong, look no further - Hiro Omakase. It is definitely a Japanese restaurant you cannot afford to miss in Hong Kong! It is the restaurant I patronize once every 2-3 months. All my friends and family members love basically everything here. There are many aspects that create an extraordinary dining experience: Chef Fung’s artistry, freshness of fish, unique flavour combinations, ambiance and service. Chef Fung is very experienced and friendly. His cooking skills are professional and his presentation is phenomenal. As he changes his seasonal menu regularly, he never fails to surprise us in our visit. Every food item demonstrates the perfect balance and the texture is incredible. We feel completely satisfied and fulfilled every time. True! There are many other Michelin-starred omakase restaurants in Hong Kong and I have tried nearly all of them. Hiro Omakase is still my No 1 among them for its irreplaceably high Price-Quality ratio :) Keep it up! We went for lunch with a baby. The food was amazing. The chef taught us not only where the dishes came from, but also the best ways to eat them. While my baby was eating, the chef offered the little one an egg dish, and the baby loved it. Highly recommend. Total time spent 135 mins.
