Favourite omakase sushi in HK so far. Sushi chef and staff are very friendly and sushi taste fresh and high quality. Lunch menu is also very reasonably priced. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $500+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sushi man was another tradition in Hong Kong for us. Unfortunately, the experienced we had this time was different. Then sushi chefs and staff are different. We ordered omakase as usual but majority of the pieces were not at the same standard as before. Chu-toro and blue fin were good as well as the uni. From there the taste of the rest of the nigiri was just average. That means it didn’t justify the price. With the same price, there are quite some options with better fish quality. The rice wasn’t particularly good. Maybe too much vinegar? The most impressive one was the seafood soup at the end of the meal. Service was very good though. The staff are all very friendly. We won’t go back.
