Tried the one in jordan, and this time we coming to tst going up to 18F, playing japanese background music, the environment is so relaxing, and you can see the chef cooking in front of you haha Appetizer Pickles Three ltems, with salmon avocado tasting quite good, third one is salmon head is a bit fresh with chewy texture Caviar Salmon Salad tasting quite fresh and the salmon slice simply yummy haha i like the sweet White Truffie Sea Urchin Onsen Egg is so outstanding and i like this one yummy yummy yaya, sea urchin is so fresh and sweet, the whole combination is good and giving us with the freshness Fish Maw Soup, they forgot to serve us this lol Pan Fried Butter crab powder Alaskan king crab tasting soso good, i’m loving this one esp the crab roe sauce, super yummy and fresh, but a bit hard to eat all the king crab meats, soso looking forward to the crab sauce fried rice haha having full of day australian beef looking so good with medium well done, the texture is lovely soft Fried rice with crab sauce is good i like crab sauce Premium Butter Crab Meal Bibimbap is good i like butter crab sauce so much haha but a bit full if only having butter crab sauce haha, sweet and complex so satisfied having this rice Dessert of the Day pomelo ice cream with black sugar nest bird is pretty fresh and mildly sweet with some red beans, quite good after meats meal haha the food quality is pretty good and the environment is quite transquil here 龍亭 Lung Ting Teppanyaki tst taste 4 service 4 envir 4 hygiene 4 value 3.5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $500+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
