블루리본 선정된 부산 꼼장어 맛집이에요. 주문 즉시 손질해서 연탄불에 초벌구이로 내주는데 불향이 진짜 달라요. 양념은 달달하면서 끝에서 칼칼하게 치고 올라오는 스타일이고, 볶음밥까지 먹으면 완벽해요. 초량역 1번 출구 도보 5분, 주차 지원도 돼서 접근성도 좋아요. 꼼장어 좋아하신다면 꼭 가보세요! ブルーリボンに選ばれた釜山のコムジャンオ専門店です。注文後すぐに活き締めし、炭火で下焼きしてから提供されます。タレは甘みの中に辛みが追いかけてくる絶妙な味わいで、最後に炒めご飯まで頼むと大満足。地下鉄草梁駅1番出口から徒歩5分とアクセスも抜群です。釜山でコムジャンオを食べるならここが一番おすすめです。. 初めてヌタウナギを食べましたが、食べやすくて美味しかったです。 （イカとササミと川魚を足したような感じ。塩とタレのハーフ＆ハーフを頂きました。） 店員さんがとても親切でかわいらしく、通訳アプリを使って食べ方など、日本語で色々で教えてくださり、幸せな時間を過ごせました。 付け合わせのエゴマや野菜をセルフで足せる他、 残った具材でチャーハンにしてもらえるみたいです。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩1–10,000

Tourists: don’t go all the way to Haeundae or Jagalchi Market just for ggomjangeo — try this local spot near Busan Station instead! If you want to try authentic Busan-style ggomjangeo (grilled hagfish), come here instead of the tourist spots in Haeundae or Jagalchi Market! Gyeongbuksan Ggomjangeo (경북산꼼장어) is located near Busan Station, and this is the kind of place locals actually recommend. The portions are generous, the prices are more reasonable than in the main tourist areas, and most importantly, the food is really good. The ggomjangeo is fresh, chewy, and full of smoky, spicy flavor. Wrap it in a perilla leaf with garlic and enjoy it Korean-style. And don’t forget to order the fried rice at the end — it soaks up all the remaining sauce and is one of the best parts of the meal. If you’re arriving in Busan by KTX, I definitely recommend stopping here since it’s close to Busan Station. You can enjoy a much more local Busan dining experience without going all the way to Haeundae or Jagalchi. The owner can also speak Chinese, so Chinese-speaking travelers should feel comfortable visiting.
