I've eaten a lot of gizzard shad, but there seems to be no place that tastes as good as here. Depending on the condition of the gizzard shad, it can be slice the raw fish or cutting with fish bones. Gizzard shad is often eaten by cutting it with fish bones. But if the gizzard shard bones are too strong, it can be a little uncomfortable to eat. So, slice the raw fish, you can feel a very soft and savory taste. The grilled gizzard shad and seasoning were also delicious. I think I will visit again next winter.
