This place is honestly one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. It’s located in the COEX food court and sells tonkatsu, but the quality is shockingly poor for the price. It’s extremely overpriced, yet the food tastes worse than a cheap $5 convenience store meal. The meat had an unpleasant smell, was dry, and the coating was soggy. The portion size was also ridiculously small — even smaller than what you’d expect from a kids’ menu at most other restaurants. Most of the customers seem to be either first-time visitors or foreign tourists. Many Korean customers look confused when their food arrives and even complain, but nothing seems to improve. As a Korean, it honestly feels embarrassing that a place like this represents our food culture in such a major tourist area. To be honest, it doesn’t seem like this issue is limited to just this restaurant. Many places in the COEX food court appear to operate in a similar way, focusing more on location than quality. Easily in my top 3 worst dining experiences ever. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible experience!! My family and I (4 people) were first in line, but our waitress deliberately ignored us and attended to a group of 4 Korean aunties who arrived after us. I'm not certain, but it really felt like blatant discrimination. When my mom tried to explain what happened, the waitress shrugged, told us to wait, and didn’t seem apologetic. She also understood English clearly. I definitely do NOT recommend this restaurant for foreign tourists. Service: 1
