I travel overseas frequently and I make a point to visit wellknown burger joints in the given country whenever possible. There are dozens of burger restaurants I visited overtime and the Bryan's rank very highly on my list. I visited the place with a companion. My company ordered a double cheese burger, and I a steak sandwich. We sampled halves of our sandwiches. The quality of food is very good. The burger was juicy unlike other places I visited where they typically serve charred and dried out patties. It was prepared and cooked by someone who knows his business, the owner chef himself. My steak sandwich was excellent for the money. I was told that the cut of beef was Flatiron from the black angus. It was tender (medium) and delicious. The owner who paid me a complimentary visit told me that a double steak sandwich is in the works will be available as soon as suitable bread is developed in house. That would be ten ounces of steak and an experience. I've been to places where they sell Wagu burger for and arm and a leg. I've eaten a burger with some special meat for over $200. 'Money well spent' was never in my thoughts when I hand over my credit card in those places. This time I got my money's worth and a bit more. If you are looking for the extravagance, go elsewhere. Good burger is what you are after, I recommend Bryan's burger. Oh, I almost forgot. They serve soup as appetizer free of charge. Soup menu changes twice weekly. I time of my visit it was Korean style beef broth with daikon. See ya there.
