Via Toledo Pasta Bar is a charming spot near Hongdae that specializes in authentic pasta. The fresh noodles have a delightful chewy texture, and the carbonara was delicious. The intimate bar seating allows guests to watch the chef at work, who is flexible and accommodating with requests. While some dishes have smaller portions for a higher price, the quality of the food makes it a worthwhile experience. If you want real authentic pasta taste, this is a must in Seoul.
