Honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in Korea. I liked it so much I came back twice in one day, lunch and dinner The mazemen was perfectly balanced, super flavorful without being too heavy. You mix everything together and it just hits different rich, fresh, a bit spicy, but still clean. The egg, minced meat, seaweed, garlic - everything works together perfectly. You can really taste the quality and that they care about what they’re doing. Even the simple details like the noodles texture and toppings were on point. Also the place has a chill, simple vibe - nothing fancy, just really good food. If you’re in Gyeongju, don’t miss this spot. I would 100% come back again. I like the sobakage noodles, but the egg yolk was too fishy. I found out why they say to mix it with vinegar... because when you add vinegar, the fishiness goes away. The atmosphere was nice, the food was decent, and the small beer was cute, but the food wasn't my type.
