The chewy texture of the cold udon was perfection, however we found the sauce/cold broth to be quite bland, even with the lemon squeezed onto the noodles and tempura. With more soy sauce or salt in the sauce, it would have been perfect. The additional egg tempura was soggy and didn’t add anything to the dish. The hot udon with tempura was tasty, but again slightly underseasoned. If you’re coming for a late lunch, check their break times before you visit. They close for a couple of hours in the afternoon.
