Being in the service industry doesn't mean we have to turn a blind eye to mistreatment. If you had shown any level of class, we would have treated you with that same respect. I’m sure anyone reading this sees right through you, so I’ll leave it at that. I’m not losing any sleep over your petty review bombing. If you ever find yourself being treated this way again at another establishment, maybe take a second to look in the mirror.

I know exactly who you are, because we were hospitable to every guest that day—except for your group, due to your extreme rudeness. Because of your disruptive behavior, I had to personally apologize to the other diners and even provided them with complimentary service to compensate for the disturbance you caused. Your group, which included one Korean grandfather, six adults, and two children, arrived nearly an hour late. This prevented other waiting guests from being seated. Despite the delay, we still honored your booking and had even specially prepared a prime window seat for you. However, you continued to be loud and disrespectful throughout the meal. Your children even approached other tables and made rude, threatening gestures with chopsticks, yet you failed to restrain them. Even when I politely asked you to keep the noise down for the sake of others, you ignored me and continued. Your party’s lack of respect was unacceptable. We had guests from all over the world that day, including Japan, the US, and Taiwan. Regardless of where you are from, I hope you learn basic dining etiquette. Please reflect on your own actions before criticizing others.
