Located in Sinyongsan, Sushiumi is a recently opened place. The dinner omakase is a relatively reasonable and challenging price of 60,000 won, including sushi and a back kitchen dish called tsumami. - It is said that the important thing about sushi is the taste of the shari (rice). In fact, I haven't compared anything, so I'll have to build up experience later, but the salty taste of the rice here is stronger than the taste of vinegar. I think it's a part where personal taste comes out, but I think it's chef Kim Hae-song's style. - Each neta (sashimi) was chewy and savory, and the taste of each sashimi was excellent, especially the pike eel and fried eel, which were served in front of the tsumami, with a lot of effort. The sweetness of the aged stone octopus is also enjoyable. - Sushi, which starts in earnest, introduces an impressive one with ingredients changing every day. The taste of sea bream, horse mackerel and herring rises to the fullest, and the oily fish meets rice with appropriate seasoning, disintegrates in the mouth, and is fun to recreate. Sometimes I feel like I have to eat these flavors to make my life colorful. - And it felt great. The thought of being treated strongly touches me. - I will be visiting ‘Sushi Umi’ again soon to say thank you for treating me to a pleasant meal!
