입구에서 주문과 결제를하고 입장해야함. 주문한 메뉴와 나오는 메뉴가 다른 경우가 세번이나 있었고 사과한마디 없이 추가로 해준다거나 다시 해준다는 식이었음. 해외관광객이 많은 지역의 특성상 반드시 주문메뉴와 나오는 메뉴 체크가 필요할 것 같고, 서비스마인드가 없어서 곧 망하거나 망했으면 하는 마음이 드는 곳임. 돈카츠 맛은 준수한 편인데 주변에 대안이 많으니 왠만하면 가지마시길. You have to order and pay at the entrance before coming in. Honestly, I’ve had them serve me the wrong dish three separate times. Each time, there was no apology at all; they just acted like it was no big deal and offered to remake it. Since this area is packed with tourists, please double-check your order as soon as it arrives. While the tonkatsu is decent, the lack of service mind is frustrating. There are plenty of better alternatives nearby, so I'd suggest skipping this place. 入口で先に注文と会計を済ませてから入店するシステムです。 驚いたことに, 注文したものと違う料理が出てくることが3回もありました。それに対して謝罪の一言もなく, 「作り直せばいいんでしょう？」といった感じの不誠実な対応で非常に残念でした。 観光客が多いエリアなので, 利用される方は注文内容が合っているか必ず確認することをお勧めします。とんかつの味自体は悪くないですが, 接客マインドが欠けており, 周囲に他に良いお店はたくさんあります。あえてここを選ぶ理由はないかと思います。.
